Accommodation

The IUAI Annual Members' Conference 2026 will take place at the Meliá Sevilla, a modern 4-star hotel ideally located in the heart of Seville, overlooking Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park. The hotel offers excellent transport links and is within easy reach of the city’s historic centre, cultural attractions, shops, and restaurants.

A special delegate rate of EUR 193 per night (plus 10% VAT) has been secured for the main conference dates.

Accommodation, flights, and local transportation are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for making and covering their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

Delegates wishing to stay at the conference hotel will receive a dedicated booking link in their registration confirmation email. This link must be used to access the negotiated rate and to ensure inclusion on the IUAI rooming list.

Please note that rooms at Hotel Meliá Seville are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings made via third-party websites will not be eligible for refunds or rate adjustments.
