Registration Eligibility

Registration for the IUAI Conference is open exclusively to IUAI members.

If you are not currently a member but are interested in attending the conference or would like information on becoming an IUAI member, please contact us by email at info@iuai.org. Our team will be happy to assist you with membership details and next steps.

First-timer Attendance

To encourage wider participation across the industry, IUAI is pleased to introduce special discounted rates for companies that bring a first-time attendee to the upcoming IUAI Annual Members’ Conference.

Each company will be eligible for one discounted-rate registration for every one standard delegate registration. There is no limit to how many first-time attendees a company may register, provided the same number of standard registrations are submitted.

Please note that this discounted rate is only available for delegates who have never attended an IUAI Annual Members’ Conference or AGM.

*Please note that this ticket does not provide access to the conference room or study groups sessions. It is limited to the designated social events included within the accompanying guest package.

What is included?

Delegate Registration fee includes:

  • Delegate badge
  • Access to all the study sessions
  • Coffee breaks and lunch for all 3 days
  • A ticket to the Welcome Reception on Monday and Gala Dinner on Tuesday


Accompanying Person Registration fee includes:

  • Delegate badge
  • Arrival lunch on Monday
  • A ticket to the Welcome Reception on Monday and Gala Dinner on Tuesday
  • DOES NOT include access to the study sessions

Please note that accommodation, flights, and transportation are not included in the registration fee. Each delegate is responsible for arranging and covering these costs themselves.

Registration Cancellation Policy


All registration cancellations must be received in writing at Registration.IUAI@tfilodestar.com. Please note registration cancellation deadlines below:

  • Within 48 hours of booking a full refund will be given minus a €30 admin charge.
  • Before 30th April 2026 a 50% refund will be given minus a €30 admin charge.
  • From 30th April 2026 no refunds will be given.
  • Name changes/substitutions can be made at any point without charge


Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request. Please note: cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the policy above. It is your responsibility to allow for enough time for your visa request to be accepted.


Transactions


Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd.
