Access and Limitation on Use

Your registration entitles you to access the sessions and networking functions for which you have registered.

Disclaimer / Liability

The total liability of IUAI and TFI Lodestar Ltd, as the Conference organisers, to Congress delegates shall be limited to the price paid to attend the Congress, subject to the organisers' right to deduct any administrative costs in relation to the same.

IUAI and TFI Lodestar Ltd accept no liability for the act of any supplier to this meeting, nor liability for personal injury and for the safety of any attendee whilst in transit to and from this congress; for any loss or damage; nor for delays in transport by air, sea, rail, road due to adverse weather conditions, strikes, sickness, war or other force-majeure causes.

Entry requirements to Spain

Entry requirements apply only to the area controlled by the Government of Spain.

Participants can request a visa invitation letter during the registration process. Please note the visa invitation letter does not exempt attendees from complying with all requirements regarding registration and payment for their participation, accommodation, and travel. The IUAI Event Organisers take no responsibility should entry be denied by the Government of Spain.

Cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the cancellation policy. It is your responsibility to allow enough time for your visa request to be accepted.

Insurance

IUAI and TFI Lodestar Ltd take no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each delegate. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own travel insurance.

Photography and recording

Audio, photo and video recording by any device (e.g. cameras, laptops, PDAs, mobile phones, watches) is strictly prohibited during all sessions, unless prior permission has been obtained from the organisers.
